[/quote] Well…that isn’t really what OP is asking. If you are an elite athlete or have some specific fitness goal, maybe. But for the average person without a medical condition that is simply exercise for good health it isn’t necessary and there isn’t a “too high” if you feel ok and are tolerating whatever exercise you are doing [/quote] Sure, but PP said there's no reason to track it and that's just wrong.
