The terrain is very hilly and steep so whoever will be doing most of the driving should be prepared for that, you also drive in the opposite side of the road. When we were at the various beaches there was always a vehicle from the Westin dropping people off/picking people up, so if you’re at a resort you don’t absolutely need to rent a car. We stayed within walking distance of Cruz Bay and it was awesome to be able to walk to dinner or get drinks. It was a huge bonus for the kids too because they could swim in Cruz Bay and play while we relaxed with a Painkiller.[/quote]
