What you and pps talking about how they always wait don't get is the reason for the wait is people like you. Most visits are scheduled for 15 minutes. It takes about 10 minutes to get a patient checked in and worked up do they can see the doctor. That doesn't even include vaccines, labs, etc . Your 10 minutes late becomes a 20 minute backup at a minimum. [/quote]
