The County Executive proposes the full budget for the county including the county's contribution to the school system. It is not just a yes/no, it is a dollar amount. The Council of course can amend it. The County Executive also has full control over the use of county buildings including rec facilities and recreation programs and athletic facilities owned by the county. No I will not vote for a transphobe for this office, thank you very much.[/quote]
