I haven’t had any significant side effects and I’ve gained the benefits of delayed gastric emptying, feeling satiety with eating smaller portions and I no longer think about food all day. It’s cut out the noise of “I wish I had some ….” Or thinking about dinner when I’m eating breakfast. Good luck to everyone![/quote]
