It is huge. The old Patrick Henry (the current MacArthur swing space)  is only supposed to be used as swing space for MacArthur. And that is already way past the original timeline. I believe that was promised to the community. It's a lot of pressure and traffic and that can't go on indefinitely. But the city has a long (decades and decades) history of screwing over residents on things like this so it could happen.

They are prepping an old office building to be a swing space for when they tear down and rebuild George Mason (+60,000 sqf) and Cora Kelly (+60,000 sqf) in the coming years. After that, it will be used for a new elementary. Not sure where the kids at Minnie Howard are going. [/quote]
