I just don't interact with them as much as I do with neighbors. It's just hard to believe that the neighbor girl would be risking it with her family being at home this time of the morning. She could have waited a couple of hours when they left to work/school and smoked all she wanted to. Honestly, I don't know what to think. People sometimes do the craziest things.
