[/quote] This... plus Thanksgiving is literally centered around food, for better or worse. Even my most health conscious relatives generally make a lot of exceptions on holidays so to have totally bland, unsalted food for everyone would be a let down. Now if you just enjoy unsalted food that's awesome for you. Personally my cardiologist has recommended I eat more salt due to a health issue that worsens on a low sodium diet. [/quote]
