It is the tell that Goulet is supported by DFER (during the Council race) and the Washington Post. Not a single educator or stakeholder in DCPS has endorsed him to my knowledge.[/quote]

If you use NAEP TUDA data (the correct apples to apples comparison), you will see that DCPS performs clearly in the upper middle of the pack with regard to cities.
