Go out there and visit sometime. Get a bit away from the metro station, walk around Rockville town center and a bit out into the surrounding areas. It’s a nice town with a good feel. Those online photos make everything look depressing [/quote]

Grosvenor/North Bethesda & Pooks Hill condos are nowhere near the Rockville town center. I guess they're somewhat close to Pike & Rose, but it definitely requires getting in a car and driving. OP is right that there's no much there in the immediate vicinity.[/quote]

Oh. I thought they were referring to Rockville condos in general. There are a number close to the town center. For example Hamilton House[/quote]
