It increases insulin, decreases glucogon, decreases glucose output from liver, increases glucose uptake in pancreas... google "tirzepatide" and you can read the studies. I have also had many fewer migraines since starting Mounjaro and I know that for me, migraines are very linked to blood sugar fluctuations, so it sort of make sense. [/quote]
