It is NO secret, even before his diagnosis. The Kardashians had to know, yet Kim married him and had FOUR children with him. She used him, to get more famous and to have babies. If this was Britney, what would you think of someone marrying her, pumping out 4 kids with her, etc? The Kardashians are gross. Who I feel sorry for are those children.
