I paid $200/month for an online trainer/coach She has worked with hundred of clients over the years and had a good record of success. She was a certified personal trainer and trained in counseling. She gave me nutrition guidance and wrote monthly personalized workout/strength training plans for me. I think another big benefit to hiring a coach that is often overlooked is the accountability aspect. People tend to stick to a plan better when they have someone to report to.
