Who has demonstrated that she/he has lost 35+ pounds over the age of 50 and has kept it off without surgery or drugs. Coach would help with the mental aspect of managing food and life in general. Is part of and relates to a professional crowd. Thanks!
Is that you OP? If you are trying to think about how to market your skills as a weight loss coach you need to think more about your approach, the type of coaching you are offering, what is your added value. The description above doesn’t really make sense. Being successfully thinner is not a credential to help others, and I don’t see what “related to a professional crowd “ brings. So, can you tell us more about what would make you a good coach? And if I am wrong and you are seriously asking about hiring that coach, you need to tell us more about why
These are good points. Yes - a coach should have particular skills and perspectives. I tried a program once with a coach and I had a feeling that she had never been overweight herself - didn’t “get me”. I don’t think she understood the demands of my life either and what led me to overeat.
