In the 90's I lived in Federal Hill and would walk to work every day, up Charles St. I can't believe those Harborplace buildings are empty - what prime real estate! Nothing nicer than sitting outside on beautiful day having lunch or a drink after work. Where do you people go when there's a ball game?

The Rusty Scupper is still there though?

The Harborplace buildings are empty because they are going to be redeveloped.  They were bought by a national commercial real estate company maybe 10 years ago who went bankrupt and basically stopped caring for the properties and most tenants left for that reason.  They were resold to a local developer this month.
