It sounds like the disconnect may be, in part, that Fr. Scalia did not communicate with parents on Schultz's departure.  Did Fr. inform the parents at the school and the parishoners of the change in a timely manner?  Parents, in this area with so many school optinos, expect to hear things about major school changes from the leadership in a timely manner.[/quote]
