It’s a hobby of mine, and I meticulously obey the speed limits everywhere I go in DC, just to piss people off. [/quote] Well, it doesn't piss off everyone on the road. Only drivers. People trying to walk across the road in a crosswalk are quite grateful. It's so much easier to see that someone is going to see you and stop when they are going 25 than 40.
