[/quote] Why? I thought one of the many reasons for a trust was to protect in a marriage. In fact my uncle is in the middle of a really ugly divorce and the only funds not being gone after are the ones that were placed in a trust for him after his mother died ( and he was married when she passed) My sil has found a way around the trust though, take money out and put in joint account with her partner. That will show her parents.[/quote]
