Oatmeal raisin. In addition to raisins, also add craisins. Always a hit at our school's bake sale
A lot of kids don't like oatmeal. Or raisins in their cookies. I would avoid.
+1 I love oatmeal raisin, but it’s not popular with kids. Once my kids and I got to take home. They each selected chocolate chip and I chose oatmeal raisin. They had theirs while I was otherwise busy and it wasn’t until they were in bed that I had a chance to enjoy my treat. Except - when I pulled the last cookie from the bag it wasn’t the oatmeal raisin I’d been looking forward to, but chocolate chip. The next day my daughter told me she had thought her “chocolate chip” cookie had tasted weird. In the bustle of a busy bake sale, you’re probably better off going with chocolate chip (or some other easily identifiable flavor) and avoid oatmeal raisin/craisin cookies for cookies that will sell better and not confuse kids with “weird” tasting chocolate chips.
