It really depends on what the job is, but for some positions, not living here means you are making decisions, maybe even policies, influencing the use of funds, etc., that will not impact you at all, that you don't really need to care about, and apparently for PP, you don't even know the people whose lives and tax dollars you are messing with![/quote]
