It works fine for us, but in part because I had much older siblings (his age), and I understand his cultural and musical references. He is also the youngest in his family, so he's younger at heart. 10 yrs would be too much, IMO. We are starting to see retirement issues come up because of the age diff. The only saving grace is that I can also retire a bit early because we financially prepared for that.[/quote]
