The board is terrible over at CYA.  They have a large pool of kids residing in the zip codes they have to choose from, but can’t keep the talented ones because the coaches don’t get the support they need.  You may end on a team with the coaches sons friends and on a daddyball team.  The younger teams could be decent because they have such a large talent pool to choose from, but as they get older and see what the organization is about they bail.[/quote]
