There are some health benefits to late menopause, and the skin/hair/weight thing is real. But late menopause also increases your risk for breast and ovarian cancer. Might not be a huge risk, but compared to someone who went through menopause early, who has on average a lowered risk, it's definitely an increase. So I guess there are trade-offs in either direction.[/quote]
