And it seems like she and Kate are close too. The kids look at her as a grandmother (and it looks like she really loves them) so I think William will make sure she is taken care of. I actually think he treats her better than her own kids do (not that they don't have a good reason but that's another issue).

I never understood the disdain for Camilla. Did they handle the situation well? No, of course not. But that was years ago and she "destroyed" a marriage that was doomed from the get-go. They're just two people who loved one another and finally said, screw it, we want to be together. Good for them--they seem really happy. And Diana wanted out of royal life anyway. Awful that it ended the way it did but Camilla didn't kill her.[/quote]

I think end of a marriage on its own is very different than when a third person is involved.  It’s Charles’ fault on how it was handled but the whole thing left a bad taste.  You lose respect in that kind of a situation.[/quote]
