You won’t stay in townhouse with a family if you have money enough to move to FFX.

And they are $1M townhouses. They talk about it’s not middle income housing it’s middle sizing. It’s inane. [/quote]

+1 We've been in our Arlington TH with kids for a number of years now. We certainly could have moved to Fairfax, but we like our neighborhood and didn't want to change school districts or buy more house than we needed.   [/quote]
