[/quote] thats so stupid... the reason you lose weight when you eat healthier is beacuse you end up eating less calories. a big salad full of nutrients with some grilled protein is healthy, is a lot in VOLUME, but is not a lot in calories. 1200 calories is perfectlty fine for most women who are not very tall or very big. It just means that all the calries you eat need to have a purpose and be nutritious. 1200 cal diets dont allow for any empty calories if you want to feel full and stay healthy (no sweets, white carbs, sugary drinks included natural juices, no added sugar, no dessert and ideally no alcolohol).
