He’s not Trump’s opponent in that he and Trump have very different beliefs or policy preferences. He’s only Trump’s opponent in that he’s trying to appeal to the same MAGA crowd. If you despised everything Trump stood for, you’d never vote for DeSantis, so he doesn’t want you to think Trump is wrong; just that he’s Trump with less baggage. [/quote]
