Keep your schedules open but don’t plan too far in advance.
Some schools have a recruiting culture and if your a part of it dont get your hopes up too high. Move on.

Some schools are actively building programs and offer lots, and others have laid back on their laurels and don’t care to have a competitive team. You will discover this.

Also you will discover that golden programs aren’t not so golden underneath.

Don't really agree with this.   Any starting players on a top 30 nationally ranked club will have alot of activity on 9/1 providing they have been reaching out to coaches throughout the past couple years.

The challenge is that 90% of those contacts usually don't result in offers.   The challenge is to know what you want and sell yourself aggressively.[/quote]
