The short answer is to cripple Russia’s military industrial complex by denying access to technology. You can’t build spy satellites, ships, airplanes, tanks, middles or artillery systems without semiconductors. That applies to manufacturing machinery as well as weapons systems themselves. The same ripple effect debilitates almost every sector of industry, not to mention something like the ISS and Russian space program. [/quote]

Biden has pushed them together with China and India. It’s a symbiotic relationship to break the dollar as reserve currency.  Then WE won’t be able to afford a military industrial complex.[/quote]
