[/quote] +1 Prefer not to live in an HOA type neighborhood where people complain about the perceived imperfections or infractions in your yard and home. Clearly not as bad as crime-infested neighborhood or neighbors who party it up every night until the dawn and litter the streets. But it makes it unpleasant if your neighbors are throwing a fit because you don't believe in the manicured, sterile lawn aesthetic or because you put up shutters that are a different color than every one else's.[/quote]
