yep everyone has bad days. I don't expect tour guides to be perfect.   They are just kids after all. My kids tour guide at UVA was a third year who had just transferred in from Miami and while he didn't know alot, he was so enthusiastic about being there and the opportunity he had that it was infectious. That said, he didn't tell us much that we didn't already know.[/quote]
