He had a gun on him at the Capitol, attacked police with a wooden stick, went back home where he had explosive stored, and destroyed his phone. Destroying his phone did not eliminate the evidence that he had sent text messages saying “I can kill every agent that they send for at least two weeks.” What sentence would you deem appropriate?
