Robertson is one of more than a dozen January 6 defendants so far to opt to take their case to trial instead of entering a plea agreement.[/quote]

To be fair, saying election denial is a conspiracy theory is pretty partisan given 90% of the GOP believe (or pretend to believe) the election was stolen.[/quote]
