[/quote] In the past 6 years, California had net migration of 600,000 residents. CA’s population is 39,350,000. So it lost 1.5% of the population. That is nothing. I’m bullish on California, especially as it’s about to undergo a building boom since they are loosening zoning regulations to encourage more residential construction / enhance density. It’s by far the most dynamic economy in the country.[/quote]
