I would keep a nanny for at least till the kids start going to school if I am WFH, no?[/quote] Longer if you want coverage for sick days and holidays and if you want your kid to do after school sports and lessons. DH works from home but has no flexibility to pick up or care for kids during business hours. [/quote]
