Sure she has had a lot of cosmetic surgery.
But she has ALWAYS been uniquely beautiful.
Even her OG face was gorgeous.

I would say the top three beautiful women in the world would be Beyoncé Knowles/Jennifer Lopez/Kim Kardashian.
So yes after Kim, any girl after will definitely be a huge step DOWN!
I just wonder if his career will survive after this.
