Please, take your orthorexia elsewhere. FWIW, figuring out the healthy, delicious meals my kid likes has been tremendously positive for his eating habits. When he knows he’ll like it, he’s relaxed, and much more likely to try the side dishes with different flavors and textures, especially veggies. But sure, tell me all about your 10 year old who eats tofu and quinoa every night. PS: meat and potatoes are healthy. [/quote]
