Don’t do this, unless you’re moving to France. I had a neighbor who had a basic American name, but was born abroad and parents decided to pronounce it the foreign way. She got so, so, so mad when people mispronounced it. People are familiar with Caroline. Americans will pronounce it “Emma-line”. Either embrace the American pronunciation or choose something else.
