Anyone that eats over what their body burns will gain weight - that’s why diets fail because people fall back into their same pattern of overeating which is why they got fat first in the first place. Find something you can do forever - if it’s eating 1500 calories a day the. Do that - yeah it will take you a long time to lose but guess what your probably going to maintain. If you lose a pound a month then at the end of the year your down 12 pounds! That’s awesome! In two years you’ve taken it all off and guess what you’ve probably established something you’ll do for life. Instead you’ll crash diet and lose it all in 6 months and in two years be right back where you started.[/quote]
