The hilarious thing about the "science" is it's all been terribly done studies on poor African people. We're talking about a continent where AIDS is so rampant and health practices are so poor as to be literally incomparable to the united states. There have been no randomized studies on the effects of circumcision. When people say it prevents against STDs, it is highly likely that families or individuals choosing circumcision have higher religiosity and therefore more sexual hangups.
