Sure, "just" carry a baby with severe abnormalities to term (if the baby doesn't die on its own and cause you to miscarry) at great risk of all the complications that come with pregnancy generally and an abnormal fetus specifically, while fielding happy questions about when you're due, and then go through the absolutely soul-destroying process of delivering it just to have it die immediately.
