[/quote] This happened in my house too - one of us got symptoms 7 days after the first person, and another got symptoms 6 days after that. Every day you stay, you are continuing to expose your in laws. I would mask and isolate there for a day or two, and then head home. I think it is likely that the fever/aches won't last long and you'd be okay to drive with the symptoms that usually follow (congestion, etc.). If you have to, drive 5 hours one day, stop at a hotel for the night, and then drive the rest of the way. [/quote]
