The Tori Richard dress is similar in color and print, but the fit is different from the Lesley Evers dress-- high neckline sheath v. v-neck fit and flare.  Also, the rayon/nylon/spandex fabric of the Tori Richard dress is going to give it a different vibe from the Lesley Evers dress, which is cotton/linen.  To me, the large print looks better on the Lesley Evers dress -- it's a casual style, yes, but that's probably more suitable and flattering to a clingy style and material.  My vote is for Lesley Evers with a statement necklace (maybe seed pearls), simple stud earrings or small-ish hoops, and simple glasses, if needed.  Shoes should be more on the sensible than sexy side for a conference.  [/quote]
