You’re probably not eating all that much of it and if your numbers look good, just keep doing what you’re doing. We were all indoctrinated with the “fat is bad” mantra for most of our lives and that’s reflected in your fears, but you’re eating whole foods. Making yogurt is a process but you’re not eating “processed foods” so I really wouldn’t worry about it. [/quote]
