Au contraire. Domestic abuse victims are more likely to find their abusive partners on this list and can flag their name for law enforcement than the scenario you are suggesting.

Well, there is at least one positive. No one answered whether the CCP info has always been public or if it has been leaked. I may be wrong but I would hope that if it was not public there were good reasons. I’m just not keen on making everything public. Some people are waking up to health info being shared — this has been a concern for a LKNG time now. I mean grocery stores share this info (eg, condom purchase, prenatal type products). There is usually a pro and a con with sharing info, but i think more is less.[/quote]
