Antimicrobial sheets Mattress covered in bed bug proof cover Several roo.bas with self emptying function Tie rental payments to cleanings. Live video proof of monthly cleaning How a cleaner top teach them how to clean and work along side them
Why didn't I think to replace all flooring and furniture in my son's cheap, furnished, carpeted off-campus apartment? Or to withhold rent unless he sends me videos of him cleaning (alongside a professional cleaner). Both of these things are totally normal. My solution has been to avoid going into the apartment - that's been pretty easy. I got him a regular vacuum cleaner, a toilet cleaning kit with disposable scrubbers, and Clorox wipes - the rest is on him. He has his own car and is only moving 2 blocks to another furnished apartment next month so there is no reason for me to get involved.
Air purifier is necessary even if they’re generally clean young adults.
Why?
Keeps your kid from getting sick. Three negative Covid tests, no strep, no mono, no Hoo flu, no gastroenteritis. Made it through first year with the BlueAir beast of an air purifier. Roommate didn’t get sick either, in spite of myriad frat activities.
Wow! That must be some magical machine you have! I mean you know they didn’t get sick because of an air purifier, right?
Sister Sarcastic, I wouldn’t be so dismissive. Bought the item on our allergist’s recommendation.
