They absolutely should. You never want to be trapped somewhere where the laws are against you and you're facing death for that reason. And its not like they didn't know they were pregnant as they characterized this holiday as a 'babymoon' on social media.

It's scary to think that women have to factor in whether they will be denied medical care if they are pregnant but "facing death for that reason".

But unfortunately you are right, increasingly we do have to be more cognizant of this.

Women should boycott travel to every location that would deny women necessary care.  Elective abortion is, perhaps, arguably one thing.  But a medically needed abortion?  Yikes.[/quote]
