We all have areas in our life that need improvement-some people have a ton of friends but have financial issues, some people have a great career but have marital problems, etc. There are very few people (men or women) who "have it all." Try not to get too down on yourself. There are a lot of women who struggle with friendship-you aren't alone. It's been an intermittent issue for me-there are times when for various reasons I've been lonely and times when I haven't been. Even if you have close friends there are times when for various reasons you don't feel connected to them. There tends to be a glorification of female friendships in our country that definitely doesn't always reflect reality. [/quote]
