N. CP has paint stores, a hyundai dealership, a Hampton Inn, tattoo parlor, an ikea, and a sex shop + no sidewalks and ugly track housing

Tell me you aren't familiar with College Park without telling me you are...newsflash, N College Park isn't just Rt. 1.  We have the Hollywood Shopping Center which has MOMs organic store, Proteus Bike and Coffee shop, Posh Fitness studio, and Hollywood Nutrition smoothie shop.  There is a new dog park in Daniels Park/Hollywood, new concession stand for events, new lighting and streetscape project.  There is a new trail with a bridge off of Cherry Hill Rd that connects to the trail to UMD.[/quote]

DP here. N. College Park's zoning is screwy. Yes, there's a Mom's organic store and Posh Fitness studio... but it's next to a Maryland unemployment office and a gas station. The Hollywood dog park is next to public works and a auto detailing shop. The neighborhood would have potential if the zoning wasn't screwed up.[/quote]
