[/quote] YES call your OB — this is the fastest way to get help and medication if you need it. There are meds that are very safe while breastfeeding. I had PPA/PPD both pregnancies. If your OB for some reason is not helpful call the practice and speak to a nurse and get connected with a different OB in the practice. PPD is incredibly common and can be dangerous if not treated. Also HUGS - I remember those tough days. Hope you are able to get help soon.[/quote]
